General Members Meeting
This will be a ‘General Meeting’. Transition Buxton are not obliged to hold these annually, but we need an opportunity to renew the appointment of directors and potentially appoint new ones (we currently have three and would benefit from adding to the group). The Directors provide the behind the scenes management that make all our activities possible, so if you would consider helping to keep Transition Buxton CIC running smoothly and could spare a few hours a month we’d be very pleased to have a chat.
