For the past four years we have partnered with our friends at Transition Chesterfield to bring you their Potato Day.
What is potato day?
It allows you to order seed potatoes from Transition Chesterfield’s Potato Day website. You pay them directly via the simple website ordering process. You will collect from Transition Buxton. Check here for the pick-up location later.
As well as potatoes you can order peas, beans, onion sets, garlic and some other seeds.
Picking up your orders:
If you order for delivery to Buxton your packed orders will usually be available for collection from Saturday 30th January 2027. The location will be published here once finalised.
What do I need to do if interested?
Online ordering will open on 1st October 2026 and close on 12th November 2026. We cannot accept any orders after that date. Orders can be placed here:
Thank you to all the people ordering via us, we’ve had four successful years, let us have a fifth one in 2027.
